How MiraiMind AI handles your information

1. Who we are. MiraiMind AI operates the website at miraiminde.com and the companion chat experience offered through it. In this document, "we" and "MiraiMind AI" mean the operator of that service.
2. Scope of this policy. This policy covers information collected through the MiraiMind AI website, its pages and any chat features reached from it. It does not cover third-party websites you may open from our links.
3. Acceptance. By using MiraiMind AI you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the handling of information described in it.
4. Age requirement. MiraiMind AI is intended solely for adults aged eighteen or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age, and any such information is deleted once identified.

26. Fictional characters. Every companion presented on MiraiMind AI is a fictional character. Profile details, photographs and biographies do not describe real individuals.

28. Marketing communications. If you receive email from us, each message will include a way to stop receiving further messages.
29. Automated decisions. MiraiMind AI does not make decisions producing legal effects about you through purely automated means.
30. Complaints. If you believe your information has been mishandled, contact us first. You also retain the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
